Through our Caking with Class Program with St. Louis Public Schools, inner-city youth unlock their potential as certified pastry apprentices, breaking cycles of poverty and building hope.
Our program transforms lives, molding "at risk" high school juniors and seniors into experienced, ServeSafe Certified semi-professionals. They graduate from high school work ready!

The Caketress volunteers at the St. Louis Job Corps Culinary Arts Program. She also serves on Board of Directors for the HEAL Center for the Arts, a youth empowerment program that further encouraging students to pursue and excel in the arts.
